I started mindfulness and yoga sessions with Dr. Trishna Devarajan two years ago. My son, brother, and sister-in-law also worked with Dr. Trishna, and they highly recommended her to me. These sessions have helped me immensely in improving my overall health and maintaining a consistent sense of discipline in my daily life.
